Whiteway's Guest House is conveniently located in a central position in Penzance, just 50 yards from the coach and train station. The town centre and harbour are 2 minutes walk away, and the local beach and promenade are also very close.

The places of interest near by are St. Michael's Mount, Newlyn, Moushole, Minack Theatre at Porthcurno, Land's End, St. Ives, Flambards Theme Park, Birds of Paradise and many more. All of these are within a ten mile radius of the guest house.

There are many coves and beaches such as Sennen, Lamorna, Praa Sands, Hayle Towans only a short drive away. Other places of interest a little further away are The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Lizard Point, Falmouth Seafarers Museum and many more.

For the sports lover, there are plenty of things to do in Penzance such as football, rugby, golf, surfing, cycling, hiking, diving, fishing and sailing.

Also, for the bird watchers Marazion Marshes and Hayle Estuary are very close. There are also day trips available to the Isle of Scillys by air or sea.

Your hosts Gary and Kathy Whitehorn became proprietors of Whiteways Guest House in October 2003. They both have excellent local knowledge as Kathy was born in Penzance and Gary has spent many years all over Cornwall.
