There are many coves and beaches such as Sennen, Lamorna, Praa Sands, Hayle Towans only a short drive away. Other places of interest a little further away are The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Lizard Point, Falmouth Seafarers Museum and many more.
For the sports lover, there are plenty of things to do in Penzance such as football, rugby, golf, surfing, cycling, hiking, diving, fishing and sailing.
Also, for the bird watchers Marazion Marshes and Hayle Estuary are very close. There are also day trips available to the Isle of Scillys by air or sea.
